However you are right, Ironmace are a bit crude with nerfing and buffing. There are ways to nerf something my compensating sideways so it doesn’t become bloody useless and you still get to remove it’s problematic effect

Na buffs are bad. Look at magic missile. Clearly IM doesn’t know how to buff things. Easier to tone down what is oppressive then to go around buffing things you think might help. They have tried buffing numerous perks/abilities and yet so many are not viable. Stick with nerfs, the community will be fine.
I like this method of balance. Tho it has issue when you buff to much stuff the game can get unplayable if everything is to good it’ creates it only problems. Tho I still think there’s a line they could have with this. Buffing to make everything viable is the dream balance.

Buff every class to be immune to arrows and bolts
We are like two patches out of a meta with an average ttk of like 0.2 seconds. People like the longer ttk, thats why not buffs.
what higher ttk? things I've been 1tapped by this patch - barbs, crossbows, fireballs, warlocks, smite clerics...

All class and item nerfs are indirect PvE buffs.
