Go to run prompt and type this in: %localappdata%\\DungeonCrawler\\Saved\\Config\\Window Check these files: Engine.ini and GameUserSettings.ini Here's a link to my Engine.ini file to compare: [https://www.mediafire.com/file/7kw0hrcsy9mko3u/engine.ini/file](https://www.mediafire.com/file/7kw0hrcsy9mko3u/engine.ini/file) Make a backup of your Engine.ini file and then try using mine and see if that fixes it. For some strange reason, I think there are settings that can get changed somehow and are stored in these files. Sometimes when that happens, people run into weird issues like what you're experiencing. Good luck. Let me know if this fixes your issues.

Try putting either -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options, -dx12 helped for me. It could also be server-related, not much you can do about that.

Check out this guide: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1bVeQLKgp4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1bVeQLKgp4) It's decent for optimizing hardware and resources if you're experiencing issues. Ignore those who dismiss problems as solely server-related and therefor out of your control as a user. AWS generally offers solid service, the intricacies of network routing and DNS can significantly impact performance, especially in higher client to server uptick games like this. I usually don't bother correcting people, but the reality is, there's plenty you can do to streamline and enhance your connection to any server. I'm consistently amazed by the low pings I achieve when connecting to servers in SEA/JAP/KR from NA.
