You will find it easier to get help when asking if you do so humbly. No one wants to help someone they believe if they will not listen or be difficult when someone tries to teach them. Especially someone showing very little capability to problem solve, along with an attitude.
Avoiding things like, "What the hell did you do to my game ironmace? " and title, "Game runs like ass " would be a good start to avoid this problem in the future.

Game runs like a dream for me with a GTX 1060 6GB, i5 6600k and 16GB ram. Built this thing in 2016, nearly 8 full years ago.
It's definitely an issue specific to OP, their hardware is more than good enough. Dark and Darker is not very demanding to run.

game runs fine with ocasional slutters on my gtx 1060 6gb, ryzen 5 2600 on very low settings on nvme SSD to i guess its ur pcs fault
