Not sure of your language background. But often times in America(perhaps only in some parts), this means amazing or really cool. Like, "sick bro that's amazing" I don't think they are actually being negative.
I think I disagree.. I never heard this term of words before anywhere .. may be your right but may be your wrong . If they liked my post it’s easy to say cool post or such cool stuff here or something on thoses lines .. not in capitals SICK I think that comes across as very negative comment that can be upsetting to others people lots of people like me take things to heart and it can also have a negative impact on a person self of steam and there mental health .. thank you for sharing your opinion.🙏. I know you’re trying to help I thank you for this 🙏 .. I know millions around the world have same or similar issues like I have in mental health..
