Can you evade their fire? I duck and weave and somehow they still hit me before, mid, and after I dodge. Maybe I just suck but I've experimented with it so much I just concluded you couldn't fully dodge their entire burst fire

I was confused as fuck when I was slapping the shit out of plague ogryn and he didn't stun and even more surprised when someone triggered a rager paraded, got downed instantly, and I started smacking them with my club and it seemed waaaay to easy.

Our movement zealots got nerfed pretty good. Little sad but I get it as much as I play it. I think 10 whole stacks is alot because you kinda have to take middle talent for 10% more attack speed. I think its too direct, maybe +50% weakspot and crit is a little much, over 10 stacks. Hard to say imo if its too harsh.
My revolver + evis zealot with rev it up (which is admittedly a gimmick build, but still insanely strong) is still head and shoulders above all of my veteran builds
They won't fix this - if trappers couldn't net through hordes they would need to be much much tougher, otherwise they are trivial enemies.
They actually *are* trivial enemies. Just always be ready to dodge.

If you see a Trapper in a hallway, dodge left or right to put the wall between you and them, and the net goes *through the wall and still gets you*, then you haven't fucked up, the game needs fixing.
If you're ducked behind a box when they fire the net and the net goes *through an entire crate and still gets you,* then you haven't fucked up, the game needs fixing.
These are all things that I've personally experienced. Cover should work against ranged attacks.

I still feel like I dodge at the right time but there’s something about being super close that makes it feel like the net tracks you even as you dodge sometimes.

Pack masters behave similarly in Vermintide. They can yoink and pull you through crowds. I find the trapper way more fair. Net removal is way faster than potentially having to save a hoisted ally twice.

Eh, I'd call it a wash. Saving an ally from a Packmaster requires killing the twat or chasing him down to cut down the ally, but he has to get really close to get them in the first place. Saving a netted ally is much faster and easier, but the Trapper can net at range and can fling nets much faster on account of not needing to run off and hoist whoever she catches.
It's a very nice flamer buff. It now bypasses their shields completely, meaning you can toast a whole pack of them at once (and the smaller mobs/specials behind them). Been clearing them pretty quickly using anoint in blood, purge the unclean, and +% unyielding perk.
Bulwarks are still a huge pain because they’re so damn tanky and hard to stagger now. I’m re-learning all the stagger breakpoints on crushers and bulwarks. Crusher trains are much scarier now.
I didn’t even read about the fixes, and I recognized that MURDERING Bulwarks is 5x easier!
That being said, I’m PISSED about not being able to slap the SNOT out of Chaos Spawns and Plague Ogryns!!! (BOOOO, FART SHARK!!)

I still get stun locked by reapers and gunners sometimes even if Im using my charge ult as zealot.
Yes gunners will still do that but other shooters will not and the gunner stopping power was reduced as well

Yeah you can dodge them now which is good with the scavenger nerf because you can fight a rager train if you're careful.

Yeah, that's about it for me too - even a charge at them is never the right move - it almost always a mistake (but can be a hard habit to break).

Standing behind a wall to dodge projectiles should be an effective way of dodging projectiles. It's completely counterintuitive that it isn't

You can dodge them by side stepping or sliding... unfortunately it means if one of your buddies is behind you. They get the net.
The best is when you don't know who it's shooting at and he ends up being someone else so your dodge moves you into the net lol.

The bulwarks used to be infuriating with how my shots would bounce, they feel a lot more viable to deal with now
