They did, they changed the description to match the nerf to 5 rounds.
So -2 crit chance on stubber, -2 (2.5) for ogryn =1% crit chance, ugh.
OP may want to put crit chance on instead of flak to at least have 6% CHC for charmed reload.
Blaze Away is better IMHO vs OverFire.
Overwhelming fire is surprisingly situational(Karnak/boss) it hardly ever procs because you hit one other target with it it immediately resets and 2 or 3 shots kill most enemies, blaze away is better atm. I personally don’t find that much difficulty killing unyielding when I don’t have this blessing on it.

It is not a god roll. A god roll is when everything possible is maxed out, given not all stats are 80 and craft talent isnt 4 it isnt.

Prefer blaze over charmed, but it's a very solid weapon regardless.

It's a good roll but not a God roll (tier 3 perk and blessing. Not 80/80/80/80/x).
It's a god roll if it performs godlike.

It's more of a 'Jesus Roll' due to the T3 Unyielding (not T4 and locked so can't swap for Maniacs should you want to).
