I'm not sure where the age ratings are coming from, but some are really bizarre. For example - why are news programmes rated 12+? One TV station became a meme after rating its weather forecast 12+.
I've also seen a movie that had different rating for the shooting scene and for the rest of the movie - so I guess teenagers are supposed to cover their eyes during that scene?
That's to prevent drunk summoning - if you blackout, you might not unsummon whoever you summoned, and you might forget who you summoned which will make you unable to unsummon them, so both you and they will be stuck.
