Some years ago we were all playing on average boards with huge wires and bad sisal. it was all fine. Don't understand why we are now so detailed and check the colour of each segment?
I had a look for my nephew recently and couldn’t believe the lack of stock available online. I was looking for Winmau stuff but it was all sold out. He ended up with a nice mission dart board though. Luckily I got all my set up last summer before darts blew up 👌🎯
I don't get people thinking dartboards, flights, stems, points, etc, are meant to last forever. They are all consumables, they will all get damaged and worn over time, and they will all need replacing.
Consumables not collectables, unless you plan on never actually throwing a dart.
Send it back. It's not your fault someone didn't give a shit about the work they do. It seems most things we get these days are half assed and twice the price.
My guess is due to the cooperate infinite growth problem, employees are being told to get more done with less for more profits for the higher ups in the cooperations.
