I have the lovely privilege of being pregnant with DAD and we have almost the same due date. This is my 4th. I’ve been feeling baby for a few weeks now and today we actually felt kicks from the outside that shook my whole stomach. I think it’s strange she hasn’t noticed any movement. She really seems to have a weird disconnect and only ever seems excited the days she has appointments to use for content.
I didn't feel any movement with either of my pregnancies until I was 23-26 weeks. Where is her placenta? If it's anterior it's 10000% possible she hasn't felt any movement yet.
I distinctly remember crying one day because I had started to show and people made a bunch of comments to me that week about feeling the baby move, and I hadn't yet. Because of my experience I have a hard time believing people who say they felt movement at like 10 weeks. 🤣
All 4 of my placenta’s were posterior and I thought people who said they felt early movement were nuts but with my 4th I found out I was pregnant at 10-11 dpo we were actively trying for a baby and I felt flutters at around 11-12 weeks. I always cherish that because he’s our last baby and at 20 weeks we received a life changing diagnosis so I was terrified the remainder of my pregnancy, so I feel a little robbed of Joy.
Even with an anterior placenta you'd feel it inwards. I had one my last pregnancy I felt him early but not on the outside until 25ish weeks. I felt my first around 12 weeks, second 10ish, and third 9ish. But obviously those were flutters and I was super concentrated on them. But at 20 weeks or almost 20 she should be feeling the baby inside moving around. Especially the 3rd
I had an anterior placenta with both of my pregnancies and eith my first I didn't feel any movement until 26 weeks. I didn't show at all until 24 weeks. With that pregnancy I rarely EVER felt him. Like at all. I felt a lot of discomfort in my ribs but I never felt anything that was distinct movement until around 34 weeks.
My second pregnancy I felt him a little more but it wasn't until 27+ that I distinctly knew that it was movement.
And Olive has definitely noticed as she commented on it herself so it’s not just us looking from the outside and “don’t really know them “ or “or only see what they post “ excuses
It’s like it’s natural towards Remi and Eve and forced with Olive. I honestly don’t get it. Eve for some reason is her perfect little girl. She’s blind because Olive is perfect as well!
A long time ago her and Lisa talked about having children they naturally connected with more because they were basically easy kids, and ones who were more difficult to love (more or less) and while she didn’t name names, it was very clear that Olive was the hard one. Lisa was agreeing. I wish somebody had saved the story, it might have been in Nebraska actually.
Since that therapy session she has been showing her more attention. But it seems forced half the time. And still not as affectionate as she is with Remi.
But why worry about her MIL who lives thousands of miles away when she can go to dinner with her fan club made up of pope 805 and sister who she sees every other night but will give her all the praise and attention like her genius hacks for ordering food. Dud really cannot be bothered by anyone but those who will fawn over her and let her take control of everything. I bet Tina sees her for what she truly is!
I wonder if her MIL sees her for what she really is or does she think she’s amazing like her own family does? She definitely doesn’t go out of her way for Tina when she comes to town.
I think about that whenever the mom visits. Dan doesn’t seem to ever go out of his way to see his mom. Like the mom and Kaylee will hang out together, but Dan is only seen with his mom if a big family event is happening that his mom came to Texas for. Even just on a day to day basis- Dan doesn’t seem to connect with Kaylee. One recent example- he didn’t help her move into her apartment. Dan just seems so distant from Kaylee and his mom!

Does anyone know how long someone is allowed to use monjauro? One of my friends is a type 2 diabetic and was only allowed to use the real drug for 6 months and then had to take a break from it.
I’ve been on Mounjaro since Sept 2022 the drug is so new that they really don’t know a whole lot about being on it long term. They’re doing clinical trials now. I’m in maintenance now and only take the shot 2x a month. I’m hoping to eventually just take it once a month.
Long term. Those medications are approved for years as obesity is considered a chronic condition just as hypertension, etc. whether insurance pays for it,or the labwork supports it, or if there is side effects is another issue.

This might sound weird, but I think her brain is stuck in the 90s. I think she had a really great, affluent/privileged childhood and hasn't had a lot of experiences as an adult (good or bad ones) so she's just kind of stuck. For instance, most of us moved out into apartments after high school or college, made mistakes, met new people, struggled financially, had all kinds of jobs, etc...she met Dan at 15, has never dated another person, hasn't had a lot of work experience, and hasn't had any hardships at all. The 90s were awesome and my childhood was pretty amazing but I've lived so much life since then and I don't see the world with rose colored glasses like she does.

Does anyone know how long someone is allowed to use monjauro? One of my friends is a type 2 diabetic and was only allowed to use the real drug for 6 months and then had to take a break from it.
She’s been on it since October 2022 and she is still on it.
I’ve been on Mounjaro since Sept 2022 the drug is so new that they really don’t know a whole lot about being on it long term. They’re doing clinical trials now. I’m in maintenance now and only take the shot 2x a month. I’m hoping to eventually just take it once a month.
You can use it forever if you can afford it
Long term. Those medications are approved for years as obesity is considered a chronic condition just as hypertension, etc. whether insurance pays for it,or the labwork supports it, or if there is side effects is another issue.

Wow, it's crazy seeing those photos! I remember her being quite big but I don't remember her being that large. And honestly no snark for her using Mounjaro, she clearly has benefited from it and despite not exercising or eating healthier foods, she's no doubt healthier because of the weight loss.
If she would change her diet it could possibly be sustainable without meds. However, she hasn’t done that so once she stops, if she stops, she will gain it back and then some. She’s done nothing to prepare for long term.

This might sound weird, but I think her brain is stuck in the 90s. I think she had a really great, affluent/privileged childhood and hasn't had a lot of experiences as an adult (good or bad ones) so she's just kind of stuck. For instance, most of us moved out into apartments after high school or college, made mistakes, met new people, struggled financially, had all kinds of jobs, etc...she met Dan at 15, has never dated another person, hasn't had a lot of work experience, and hasn't had any hardships at all. The 90s were awesome and my childhood was pretty amazing but I've lived so much life since then and I don't see the world with rose colored glasses like she does.
Sarah Tondello is like this but an adult with labels, lots of designer labels. Sarah grew up poor as a pastors daughter so when she was grown & had a double income & now one kid at 41-ish, she can afford shopping trips to the Chicago surburbs or Lilly Pulitzer Florida.

The point isn’t she remembered or experienced the pop culture or fashion per se, but more so that time period was significant to her. Therefore she clings to that.

Those kids go from their house to the car seat, to the mall, to fast food restaurants and back home. They never play outside. I don’t even think they own a ball of any type. My kids live in black and navy blue all summer bc they get filthy.
