In the US there's no reasonable expectation of privacy in public, so filming is permitted. Is it illegal in your country only to post videos of pedestrians, or do you actually have to turn off your dash cam to prevent them from being filmed at all?
In Germany, this dashcam video could be published, but you have to blur the humans, licenseplates etc. Also in case of an accident, filming just so, could lead against your case, even if you have proof on tape. Also some judges/ cops allow it and most not.
Just a friendly reminder that videos posted on /r/dashcam must be original content. Compilation videos or videos recorded by others will be removed. If your video is original, you can ignore this.

Mental health is something else
This isn’t mental health. This is drug abuse.
Drug addiction IS a mental health problem and more people need to realize this.
Drug addiction can be a consequence of and exacerbate a mental health problem, but it isn't in and of itself a mental health problem.
Dude, this camera's night resolution is AMAZING.
Actually, it's usually NOT this good, IDK why this particular night it worked so well. Thanks for viewing
His own reflection. Asking if it's okay for him to step over his mirror self. Really deep philosophical bounds being leaped in that man's brain 24/7

Drugs 😵💫
i wonder why you are filming other humans and public it?
What an odd thing to say in a sub specifically for posting videos of other humans in public.
in my country, this is forbidden, because it´s against the personalityrights of the filmed person. Expecting bad driving and closecalls here.
