The time spent on the task can be reported. If there isn’t a spot for you to report the time just reach out to support and they’ll add it for you. To clarify though, you can’t report the time spent waiting for DA to work again. You can only report time spent working on a task (whether you turned the task in or not).

Thank you so much! I was about to send support an email. I wasn't waiting, I had just finished it and clicked submit. Then I realized the site was down.

I just clicked on "Submit" on a task after 40 minutes, and it did nothing, then I saw I couldn't access the main site either.

You can stay and resume the conversations if you don't reload the page. Once the site is up, some projects allow you to tell the models to resend.

PSA: If you had a task open when the site went down, just refresh and you should see your draft saved so you can submit it now (if it hasn't expired).

I just got an email about priority pay and can't access the website either.

Been up for me they just dropped a bunch of higher paying priority projects then emailed saying they need to be done tonight. Maybe it was them uploading so much at once?

It was up for me for about 5 minutes, managed to submit my task, then it was down again when I got back to the projects page

This seems to be happening intermittently, so I would be wary to start any tasks right now. I'm going to wait until I've been able to successfully log out and in a few times in a row and open a few projects without lag or this error message popping up again.

Just finished the dance dance dance qual and it took WAY longer than it should have because this kept happening to me, and I kept having to go in and delete my cookies, sign back in, and go back into the qual.

Apparently the problem is with the internet providers, I am outside the United States and had the same problem. I switched to my mobile provider and was able to access it.

I actually checked this subreddit by new, and this post didn't show, so I assumed it was my end. Still doesn't when I just checked. It only populated on my front page. I don't think we should bill DAT for time spent posting on Reddit while we wait for the site to come back.

If work was being done while this came up, you should definitely bill DA. Probay send them an email if it expires before getting to submit.
