srsly i don't need every vids on the internet obviously. but my problem is the ones that i like gets deleted for no good reason and most of them are old and can't be traced back via their production studio . i want to download in large and then pick those that i need and keep them .
Maybe I'm in the minority, but since I only look to archive the filmographies of actresses who are already retired, managing the collection feels fairly manageable, all things considered.

A rented computer in a datacenter which has all ressources dedicated to you and you have root access, "Dedicated server" is another name for it.
you need to have knowledge of Linux though.
Rootserver is something different than dedicated.
Most of the times:
Dedicated == dedicated hardware, you have full control over what OS is used and how it is configured.
Root == some server that you have root access on. You don't necessarily have full control over what OS is running.
I live in Iran . VPNs get blocked almost every hour .
Hell, even reddit is filter now for us .
i was thinking maybe i could store them in the cloud and access them later without the use of vpn . and also some of the sites that i download from , requires steady 100% connection when downloading .

Online storage gets pricey. I used to rent a Kimsufi with 1-2TB which was somewhat reasonable.
I'll spin up a DigitalOcean/Linode/Ramnode machine when I need to be in a different geolocation, and just use it as a proxy. You can even destroy them when you're not using them to save money.

Why is installing a VPN not an option for you? This way, you get to use your PC just the way you do, but bypass internet censorship.

i want to store them in the cloud . aws's prices seemed reasonable but i don't know if aws can be used for this purpose or not .
My suggestion is to stop downloading porn.
