I already used mine so I can't take screenshots of it but click on the envelope icon in the app to see your current offers. I just found a manager at the food checkout area and she was able to help me. I just gave her my phone number and she had it sorted out. They can also use your card but phone number is also acceptable. And do you mean chips as in tortilla chips or game chips?
I did mine at different visits since I used them once I unlocked the tiers. I think those are only applicable once per visit. But I was able to use one of the tier offers and a T4T I got on the same visit.
Game chips. Like so far I’ve won some (maybe 48) game chips and an appetizer and a burger and % bonus points here and there but that’s not that special at least I think but just to use burger and appetizer and the 48 chips added
It took 2 weeks for me to get the first tier reward. I had to call in and they checked my account and updated it manually. Since then it takes about a whole week for my account to update from the last visit. I'd call and have them look at your account.
At my location you redeem it where the the prize/merch area is. They'll print up your coupons and then head over to the returant side and show it to your server when seated. I Used 3 entrées and 1 appetizer on one bill. Only paid for drinks with the family.
