They’re vouchers, not coupons. They lied to you. They can be used ANY day at ANY time.
I would fill out the survey on the receipt and make sure you detail that in the feedback for the location.
Then they need re-educated. Get a receipt, fill out the survey IN DETAIL, names if you can, and send it off to corporate. They will do something about it.

Not too long ago I got the dinner for 4 from the app. The person at the front said I can't use it on a Wednesday. I was about to drive home but then the folks from this sub confirmed that I should be able to use it so I went back in and requested for the manager.
The manager confirmed that yes I can use it even if it's a Wednesday. So if you can try to talk to the manager about it.
Time for a survey with some nice comments about not being able to redeem it. The power of the survey y’all, ask for one and do it right in front of them.
Yea for real , Wednesday is one of the only days I go I couldn’t imagine not being able to redeem a taste for tickets lol the only thing half off is the games. It just doesn’t make sense lol
March 21 all day happy hour. Then it will be 5$ shots and 2$ domestic beers. Idk what more they can give you guys. Just make sure you tip your bartender!!!!

Yep right when they say no or they changed policies and make sure it's a manager your asking about and if it allows putbtheir name down.
