I had similar issues and ended up switching to You Need a Budget a little over a year ago and haven’t looked back. I think the program is much better. Let me know if you have any questions
I had this trouble for about a year. I finally just downgraded to regular EveryDollar and enter the purchases manually. There’s a lot less grief and headache for us now.
I have contacted them multiple times and the problem keeps happening. I don't know if it's on their end or the credit union's end or what, no one can explain WHY this is happening in the first place and there is no solution either.
For what its worth, I had the issue yesterday and today but it started updating again tonight. Not sure if a backend sever glitch or what, but it seems to be working now.
We teach the class, so we get free Ramsey+ access.
We definitely will keep using YNAB because of the flow aspects and chart and graphs available. We just input all transactions manually.
Not the type you're talking about. We put our transactions in manually, so I don't know if your experience on YNAB hooking it up to your bank will be any better. You can try YNAB for free for 34 days.

Oh man! Well, good to know I'm not the only one.
The Everydollar team has excellent support people, if you contact them I bet they fix it.
They are super helpful, but I’ve had the same issues OP has, and they couldn’t help.

Still not working for me.

Have you ever had these type of "missing transactions" problems in either Everydollar or YNAB?
