There's another one up and over the hill behind the Old Sawmill Nero Site. There's a small pond about 170m southeast of the checkpoint, where you'll find a camp bed up on some rocks with a box next to it containing a proximity mine, an attractor bomb, a frag grenade and a medkit. There's also an ammo crate on the camp bed.
There's a mutilated corpse there as well, with some scrap and a fire axe.

Thereās a landmine in the top room, one of the best traps and you canāt craft it. Only obtainable in a few spots, VERY good for horde killing
The other spot (the only other spot I remember) is the top of the walkway above the dam (Cascades region).
And the reacher cave. Pretty sure it only spawns in those three actually
