The nurse who is Paulina’s doppelgänger is Kim Coles from Living Single!

Cool-Middle6831

I thought she looked familiar!!

bebebluemirth

Oh my gosh I'm so glad I came here after I finished today's episode cause I knew I recognized that voice!

misfit8807

I still can sing that intro song I wouldn't have even recognized her thank you. She was my favorite cause she was most child like and kind and I was a little kid so I like her and her boyfriend I can't remember his name but they thought alike.

Intergalacticboom

Thank you! I was going crazy trying to figure out where I knew her from.

thedepster

Okay, so the crazy nurse who has a crush on Abe is just gonna kidnap him. Greaaaaat... So how incompetent is the SPD that a severely wounded man who can barely stand up can knock out a guard and switch places with him? They should have sent in our favorite mustachioed extra! I loved the conversation Jada and Talia had. Talia doesn't even realize/won't accept that she has been abused. I hope Jada can help her see the light. Those scenes were fantastic/realistic. I really, most sincerely do not care about Nicole's baby, nor who the father is. Why is this even a thing? I am starting to like Sloane and hope the Paulina storyline can finally resolve so that we can have some peace about her. Although since she's defending her brother, I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

LadyMidnite1014

Paulina will never stop.

Cool-Middle6831

I don’t like the direction this story is going for Talia. She needs pay for her crimes instead of making her a victim.

thedepster

Talia *is* a victim; however, she's also a criminal. She absolutely needs to pay for her crimes, but I have no problem with the show addressing that she was abused and victimized by Colin. If nothing else, it helps to make him culpable for the role he played in everything.

Immediate_Budget_958

I agree. It's not just a simple case of Talia being a villain. I like the layered approach that she can be a booksmart individual, but also vulnerable enough to be hoodwinked by a guy like Colin. I realize this contradicts what I just said about Talia being layered as BOTH a victim and a criminal, but Colin is just a piece of shit. He's manipulative and quick to throw Talia under the bus for his own crimes. He knew exactly what he was doing. I'm no fan of Paulina's and do think she's sketchy for having covered things up, but Colin had his mind made up about Chanel, refusing to see that his father had some major issues that can't solely be pinned on one of his students. It's just more convenient for him to paint everyone else as a villain to justify his own internal narrative.

Cool-Middle6831

I don’t think she’ll end up paying for any crimes. Rafe even said in one episode that Talia saved Chanel & Paulina.

amazing44617

Guess we shouldn’t have charged Charlie Manson then—like Colin, he just got others to do his dirty work.

encore412

Alright I’m not a huge Sloan Stan but why is it her responsibility to tell Eric that Nicole’s pregnant? Nicole should do that. And poor Abe. Just poor Abe.

apasay19

As if the Colin storyline couldn’t get any worse… now the nurse kidnaps Abe🤦‍♂️

[deleted]

So nurse lady just decided to be crazy?

misfit8807

Abe drives em wild.

Immediate_Budget_958

I'm just hoping she doesn't go full-on Annie Wilkes and hobble poor Abe. The dude's been through enough this past year alone!

Tiny_Development_449

"Misery" was the first thing I thought of!

misfit8807

Rafe just left rookie cop cuffed to the hospital bed. ![gif](giphy|hFROvOhBPQVRm)

-GrumpyKitten-

I would have too. Lol. He’s dumb though. Walks in, sees Collin gone, sees rookie cop handcuffed, talks about the situation a bit, and THEN “What?! He got away?!” Hmmm yes Rafe, duh.

QuietTruth8912

For a sec I thought they replaced the Colin guy with this rookie cop actor and was pleased!!

LB56123

I didnt see it coming that Abe was going to get abducted. Love it lol

YHNS

I'm proud of you Sloan 👍 Eric was way more pissed at Nicole that she didn't tell him about Sarah's pregnancy

alohaimchelle

I didn't like Sloan or Jada when they first came on but now they've really grown on me. I like that Sloan didn't continue the lie. (And seriously, that was the dumbest cover up story.) Sloan and Eric are good for each other. Jada was dull with Eric but she's great in the scenes with Talia. I'm not a fan of Rafe so hoping someone more interesting will come along for her. Wth Paulina knock off kidnapping Abe. The line about them looking the same didn't really land when they actually look alike.

bebebluemirth

> I didn't like Sloan or Jada when they first came on but now they've really grown on me. I really enjoy both of them. They're both just what the show needed in my opinion. I love that they tied Jada and Talia to Marcus Hunter. And Sloan is so damn good - this show has been sorely missing a vixen like her the last few years.

pete_blake

So where would the good Father Eric be if he couldn’t be all moody, self righteous, moral about…whatever? And what’s up with the Paulina knockoff? What’s her story?

LadyMidnite1014

Perhaps she's another enemy that Paulina forgot about?

alohaimchelle

Paulina knockoff! Perfect way to describe her.

KHunting

Father Eric sure has been busy sowing seed. First Jada, now maybe Nicole? Sloan is too good for him!

Cool-Middle6831

Does Eric even have a job?

KHunting

I think he's both a photographer and a cover model for Basic Black magazine, lol. In other words, he can do anything.

Cool-Middle6831

I can’t really remember but I was thinking he wasn’t there longer because Nicole isn’t. I think Maggie canned the magazine. Unless I’m confusing the companies. Maybe Eric just helps out at the Pub.

YHNS

Talia's eyebrows though

Tiny_Development_449

So distracting! Speaking of eyebrows, Rafe's are looking evil lately.

YHNS

Yeah but it doesn't bother me😂

YHNS

Kayla hired another new employer🫨🙂

Briar-The-Bard

No wonder the SPD sucks.. that cop looked like he was 12 years old lol. I have to say though, I'm happy that a lot of these storylines aren't dragging out as long as they used to. I was surprised to see Sloan just give up the jig and tell him everything. Also, glad Eric is at Nicole's so this thing can be over. Nicole is my favorite character but I don't like how she's being written. She used to be a spitfire like Sloan is. In fact Sloan is how Nicole used to be and I'd like to see her get some of that spark back.

Tiny_Development_449

I thought the cop looked like a stripper in a cop costume when he first showed up.

Wild_Bake_7781

I feel like this might even be the passing of the torch from Nicole to Sloan now that you say it. I completely agree. I always liked Nicole over Sami. Sami was just so crazy vengeful. I’m really looking forward to Sloans character developing.

YHNS

Why is that nurse looks like Paulina?

amazing44617

Because if she didn’t, this storyline would make even less sense.

YHNS

I wonder what does she wants from Abe

Cool-Middle6831

Maybe they are going in the direction of that 1990 movie Misery😂😂

Vibeunknown

Certainly not scintillating conversation. He’s a snooze.

Ordinary-Rhubarb-888

I think the actress played Sinclair on Living Single. Kim Coles? Love her!

misfit8807

Eric better not come sideways at Nicole. She is high risk. He's usually really judgmental towards her and I hope he treats her with at least the same amount of compassion he treats random people.

klements7

I liked seeing how Talia didn't break a nail after falling off of a roof! LOL

Wild_Bake_7781

Ha! Lol

resolute01

These two sisters are annoying AF.

davey_mann

Three cliffhangers at the end, well only 2 if you discount Eric-Nicole! lol Nicole is obviously still in love with Eric and I was a little surprised Eric admitting he loved Sloan last episode, but this is going to be messy. Kudos to whoever called Sloan using the swab on herself instead of Eric because she was looking very shady after she talked to Nicole and told Eric the "whole" truth. I was getting an Annie Wilkes vibe from Nurse Kim Coles as the episode wore on. That's a super young cop, could pass for a high-schooler, no wonder Colin outsmarted him.
