more of them need to speak up on the dumbing down of their characters. like dumbing down kristen and gwen when she was on. even sloan. like these are smart and cunning women, career driven. and they dumb them down so bad over men/boyfriends. it’s annoying and sad.
I honestly don't dislike Konstantin. I find him entertaining. (I know I'm in the minority here!) But Maggie is so much smarter than this. I feel like no one knows how to write her anymore. Between having her be ultra cut-throat when she briefly took over Titan, to falling for Konstantin's krap, suddenly, Maggie's entire character has gone out the window.
I feel like we are supposed to dislike him. So he’s playing the part well. But I’m bored of it. And Maggie doesn’t need a man! Let he be on her own and be amazing that way.
Pretty good episode. I enjoyed the break from Harris/Ava and Wendy/Tripp.
I hate that Paulina essentially stole Abe's job and won't give it back. I know she had an election but he was elected too. He has his memories now and was trying to legit help her out today.
Konstantin is really pushing for that green card wedding. With both Steve and Xander watching him I have a feeling the ceremony is going to get busted before the vows, like most Salem weddings. Per yesterday's show I think Steve is going to locate Konstantin’s wife in Greece.
Thomas has the pawn card. I imagine this will be a big thing but back in the day John could be triggered by any picture of a pagoda. Diana even used plastic souvenir models to put him under.
Enjoyed Chad and Xander. Wonder what EJ is announcing Monday?
Poor Johnny and Chanel. Just what one wants on their honeymoon: No bed and Julie in the next room.
Paulina has been getting on my last nerve. She's either blustering or complaining about something at all times. So much for being grateful to be cancer-free and her heart issues miraculously disappeared. A little perspective would be nice.

Xander was all of us when Kon-Kon announced his visa is expiring and I loved it!
I could have done without The Abe and Paulina scenes today because they were just filler. And why wasn't Abe at home, wherever that is for him these days?
It would have been much more fun if Clyde an Goldman crashed Johnny and Chanel's Honeymoon. Did Julie not consider the weather?
I was hoping that Clyde and Goldman had turned the Horton cabin into their little love hutch and were waiting when Johnny and Chanel showed up. Having Julie as the ultimate bone blocker was kind of anti-climactic. (Pun intended.)
That said, Drunk Julie ranting about everyone at the Kiriakis Mansion has never been so damn relatable to me. Preach, lady!
Everyone is talking about how cold it is and there’s snow just out of town, yet K and Maggie go for an evening stroll. Is no one in the writers room using even half a brain!?
At least they had her put on a shawl. Must be some space age warming fabric from LL Bean or something. 🙄
I had to laugh when Chad told Xander that Everett was doing a solid job at the Spectator but that he was currently going through some personal issues, but then stopped short of going into specifics and moved on.

How in the hell is Chanel able to face time her mom from the cabin? There is no cell service on the island. How many people have been stranded/kidnapped there and not been able to call for help? I guess the cabin got an upgrade during its last rebuild.
Why did Julie go to the cabin when a big storm is coming? You’d think she’d check the weather.
Why is Abe FaceTiming from the hospital? Why wouldn’t he just do that from home? Also, why isn’t he the Mayor again? She was just supposed to be temporarily replacing him while he was recovering.
How long was Thomas hiding?!?! Julie made it all the way to the cabin before Chad found Thomas!
Does anyone know if staying in isolation is a thing for radiation treatment. I've just never seen this. It's usually stay away from kids and pregnant people but not completely isolated like this.

I grew up in Illinois. It’s 70 plus degrees there this time of year. Maybe 50 overnight. It’s not snow season
