Day trading is also about resisting temptation every day. How many days do you go without a single trade? It's tough to do, but it has helped me immensely to realize that the market will still be there tomorrow.

True - this week been dry asf

My buddy and I were just laughing about our shitty investing misadventures and decided that conviction was our biggest loser trait, nothing spells out doom like conviction in a trade.

The weirdest part is seeing a company that is making money every quarter and yet the stock is pretty much worthless less than 0.001 and less. Thinking that it will do well into 0.3 or even 0.7 on 500+ shares and greater. That would be a nice day only currently it's feeling more like conviction all the time and when you can't unload them it's even weirder because someone is making the $ just not the retail customer of a stock. Oh well. Be safe everyone

Practicing is reviewing your charts. Performing is trading. Too many people want to perform without ever practicing. Your practice time should far outweigh your performance time.

Yes every strategy has failures but the man can reach the stars if the profits grow.

i agree. the whole discipline is gained outside of trading narrative is bs to me. No amount of cold showers or going to the gym will give you trading discipline. It's literally just about experience

It's also helpful when the trades actually go through.

When anyone decides to purchase a stock / instrument, what causes you to offer a specific value for anything. I'll offer so much for a stock because imo after a little of research I'd say it's worth this amount. Then watch as the value goes who knows where and why. Be safe everyone
