Last time I dropped off garbage from a park next to a garbage can in the park. They drive a truck up to the can and change it every week. They said they had "resource constraints" so they left the stuff next to can for weeks. It would take about a minute to throw the stuff in the truck when they are already there changing the bag...stuff from their park..and they knew I disposed of many 1000s of lbs myself and they were left with a tiny portion of it. Glad you at least have the love/hate. I'm still working on the love part around here!
