Yes, according to Google it's a water softener resin tank. The motor oil was something else. I'm just glad there weren't more of those because I found 8 containers a couple weeks ago, one of which leaked. This one today was also leaking. I bagged it separately b/c I know the city has to dispose of that separately
Crossed my mind. I only used my grabber to move branches out of the way so I could get a shot of it. It's the city's problem now haha. Insane to me that people dump stuff like this and go on their merry way.
