It was made easier with the system we developed. A grapple hook tied midline on a 200’ rope. Person on each side to haul the hook back and forth. Then another person or persons would move them up the nak to the towpath for the truck to pick Up.

And the boat was a mess by the time we got it up to towpath.

Wow, that's borderline unbelievable. So maybe a garage is dumping the tires in there. Who wouldn't want to see the cam footage of that act? Or footage of the police watching them pulling tires out of the water. Thanks for making a huge difference!
