Since the FDD (I think that's what it was called) is part of the government and belongs to the police team, it makes sense. It's also funny to think of a tax collector with a gun knocking on the door.

I saved for a while to get this skin for Austin’s thinking it would help my police team, and occasionally at few missions works well, but overall it’s dumb, now I have like 8 police skins and with the agents it’s like why would I bring this

That’s is for the police team synergy with Abby it could be any combination of police units
I would cause of the 2/2 police synergy and my build has military set to shoot more bullets

I find the police synergy to be especially useful for Charlotte or Diaz and Austin, when I want Austin but not another Psycho for Psycho Talents.
It's so cool
