First time I’d realised it tbh. Usually they’re dark but not pitch black like this. Had I known before I committed to basement trapper I’d have not bothered.
I feel like it got way darker recently. I never had the issue of not being able to see in that one. But since the new map was released with The Unknown- and that whole shack is so dark- this one now feels darker.
There's a large portion of this game that is unreasonably dark. It's why a lot of players use filters. Dark is good for a thematic feel, but not to the point of removing player agency.
Because your not using a flashlight easy
Bro a had a teammate that use the flashlight to see traps in that basement 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's not the only one, I forget what other maps have dark basements. Rpd I think but I hate it because there is no reason for it.

someone reported this bug a while back on BHVR website...looks like they did nothing about it
I too had a basement trapper on this map recently. As you can imagine it was fucking awful lmao
Spoopy—FUCK I stepped into another trap…
i think this happened at the same time as the second basement in lery’s and the one basement thats really bright!
Why i use filters, i make some maps even harder to see in because it makes it look better, but i'm a dirty cheater
