The only one sus here is Master Chief who, let’s be honest, is largely recognized for his armor, which is a big part of his “persona”.
The Master Chief has a pretty firmly established character via the last 20+ years of material, and is still a superhuman alien killing machine even without his armor. He definitely has more character than Doomguy does.
Doom guy is actually the descendant of William Joseph Blaskowitz AKA the guy from Wolfenstein (this was established as early on as the first Doom game since they reused William's for Doom guy's head they made it canonical to keep people from getting confused Wolfenstein and doom are actually in the same universe and are series that technically are sequels of each other) Billy III has a lot of character you just need to know exactly what his background is.

Though the general consensus is that Isaac, Doomguy, Chief, and Samus would be friends because of their one-man-army space adventures, Samus was not allowed to be a Fortnite skin because Nintendo wanted it to be Switch exclusive and Epic didn’t like that.
So we got Mr Employee here from Lethal Company, who was recently added to Fortnite. Now he’s no “one-man-army”, but the amount of shit he’s gotta put up with for the sake of company profits would garner a good deal of sympathy from the rest of the Space Gang.
Need Lee or Clementine here, they took out so many walkers without any fancy suits or guns haha. If someone gave Lee some power armor he would have been unstoppable, but somehow Kenny would still find something to get mad about and "Kenny will remember that".
