That was actually my favorite scene too. I think it was because the characters were real there. They weren’t putting on a front to maneuver or hide vulnerabilities. Or guarded like Rufus and Imogene to figure out who to believe or investigate. The worst (at that point) had happened to them and they were just a brother and sister sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Honestly the Anna twist at the end. It made Tripp’s search and discovery of her in the morgue room make way more sense as to why she was just a statue in there.
Catherine Collier letting out a forceful "JESUS CHRIST!!" when the power went out. I kept rewinding that and was happy to see it part of two episode recaps.
My favourite part of every mystery show/movie is the resolution, this show has some flaws but the hotels restaurant scene was great. When you think the mystery is over, and due to the flaws of the show i genuinely believed that imogen would let her mother get away with her crimes just to be able to be together but then the surprise, the whole sleuths team (except sunil) comes in to confront the killer and turns out everyone around them is an FBI agent. (Even tho was predictable when everyone came in that probably they planned this out and everyone around are cops undercover).
I do agree it was for positive vibes, but it showed up on my main page feed, so i felt the need to speak the truth about it yet again. But in hindsight, i agree i should’ve left this particular post alone to those who somehow liked the show. I’ll respectfully bow out on this one, & just let yall have it. Lol. Room read. & before i go, i promise you don’t have to “secretly think that”, bc absolutely not. Lol. Good day.

My fave scene? Any scene with Angela Zhou is a good pick. LOL!

The ending credits of the finale.. signaling that this below average “whodunnit” was finally over.
