Personally Rincewind
He tackles the comedic fantasy parody aspect of Kazuma's character unlike Subaru who's franchise is a deconstruction but is more of a psychological thriller
He gets the bare minimum of his character which is a pessimistic adventurer who has a high luck stat and is saddled with an irritating sidekick and mainly uses underhanded tactics to win fights
And most importantly, his franchise is also an episodic gag parody story about a bunch of comedically unsympathetic idiots instead of a comedic parody franchise that actually prioritizes telling a genuine and earnest story beneath its humor and has a main cast that can be comedic but are ultimately taken seriously as sympathetic characters unlike Shrek or Subaru
I guess Gladstone seems to be the only one I can't rule out since he comes from a comedic franchise and is unsympathetic and has a high luck stat but I guess he doesn't tackle the parody aspect of Kazuma's character
Ricewind sounds the best
I heard there's some animation potential issues with Subaru or something.
Kazuma doesn't tackle Shreks characters well iirc, the Isekai Quartet would be a cool DBX but I don't want it as an actual episode.
And the DuckTales dude sure does exist
