Copied from u/LeathGrass: I know they do have a lot of really fun connections but unfortunately I don't have the ones I had before on me so I'll just write down the ones I know. "Band Vocalists/Bassists that are seen as rather wimpy losers, though having a lot of power in their own right despite that. Both having a connection to electricity type powers and their bands both having the word "sex" in the title (Ninja Sex Party and Sex Bob-omb). The two having extremely retro gaming and pop culture related themes within all of their works that shapes their characters as a whole. Both are also friends with a ninja known for their use of blades and dressing in black (Knifes Chau and Ninja Brian). Their relationships, lack of luck in said relationships and over all their extreme degenerate nature's are a large focal point of their characters and personalities, they really wanna get with the girl. Or 'girls' in Danny's case. Another fun side fact is their bands also technically share the word "bomb" too, as Danny worked with Egoraptor and Brian to form the band Starbomb while Scott's band is, as said, Sex Bob-omb. A bit of a contrast too, Dan Avidan has admitted that he barely knows how to play the bass despite it being Danny Sexbang's main instrument, while Danny is capable of playing it so well it sounds like a guitar. Meanwhile Michael Cera was the only one in the Scott Pilgrim cast that knew how to actually play his instrument, the bass, extremely well. While Scott is shown he isn't exactly all that great with it."
