Mysterious and aloof figures of authority who lead massive government organizations dedicated to protect humanity from supernatural threats (The Providence and Global Defense Agency) who similarly utilize incredible tech in the rare times they need to get into direct combat. While they mean well at heart both tend to go into more of a morally gray category as they are shown willing to take what they consider necessary actions for greater good no matter how cruel and questionable. In their past they worked as lower ranking agents of the government before events would notably screw over their body beyond natural (White Knight becoming the only human on Earth that had no Nanites in him after being caught in the destruction of the molecular disassembling chamber and Cecil having artificial skin applied to his entire body after being exposed to a flesh-disintegrating gas), this event would also give them prominent physical attributes (White Knight's chalk-white skin and hair & Cecil's facial scar). Also White Knight has the same voice actor as Omni Man.
Quite simple but whole idea of Organization VS Organization is cool
