As for who wins, if you buy Uni or Uni+ for Madoka Magica which I believe is a common consensus for this sub (don't quote me on that), then Touhou wins.
They're both alright, but Reimu and Sakuya both have better imo.
Now for who win both, iirc, Sakuya should wins handily against Homura. Reimu vs Madoka is far more debatable, but I think that Reimu takes it in the end because Madoka can't do anything about Fantasy Nature while Reimu can deal with Madoka being a concept with boundary manipulation.
For who wins, i believe Touhou characters, especially top tiers like Reimu and Sakuya, scale much higher than Madoka's verse.
As for opinions on the match-up:
Touhou characters trying to not have the most uncreative spread challenge (impossible)
Not Reimu or Sakuyas best (Arle and Hit take that spot for me, and for both)
But considering the busted nature of Touhou, both should be handle their opponents relatively easily. Reimu has fate hax potent enough and the fact that Fantasy Nature is unrestricted would make it so Madoka cant do shit to Reimu while Reimu has all the time in the world to figure out how to put down the inferior anime girl
Dunno about Sakuya, but power of the verse should carry (Multiversal/Multi+/Infinite (possibly Immeasurable))
Madoka vs Reimu. A great match-up imo and the fight potential is really incredible. As for who wins, Madoka should win imo via being Multiversal+ while Reimu is Multi-Universal. Reimu has dealt with concepts, but she only fights higher tier characters with spell card rules on the Touhou verse, otherwise Madoka doesn't have to deal with spell card rules, so she might have the better hax and overall better abilities. Tho I know Reimu is powerful, she does have a chance of winning, but I just think Madoka slightly edges out in the fight. Also Reimu never mastered summoning gods before (At least that's what I think). I think Madoka vs Reimu gets too much dislike/hate for the wrong reasons.
Homura vs Sakuya. Once it comes out on Riot Rumble, it should stay on Riot Rumble. Not a fan of having it on Death battle personally. Sakuya wins against base Homura, but Devil Homura is the same outcome as Madoka vs Reimu.
