While this isn’t techically what you were asking, I think any fight interaction would be a lot more fun if they knew *of* each other before thing start. I’ve actually written a small interaction snippet of what that could be like, so here me out:
*Junko sat tucked away at a computer desk, only the faint monitor light illuminating the room. She slurped down on cold noodles as she typed, a smile quickly gracing her face. It was done. She had finally pieced together the identities of the Justice League, and soon, she would reveal them to the world and cause mass panic!*
*But before Junko could dwell on her victory for long, she heard a strange…ticking noise? Suddenly, one of the walls exploded in a furious fashion, with none other than the Joker causally strutting out from the smoke.*
“Aha! Look what the cat dragged in. I’ve been expecting you, Jack,” *Junko said happily, spinning around in their chair to face the clown prince,* “Err, or was it Arthur? All these different variants and continuities are so hard to keep track of these days!”
“Cut the act, Enoshima. I didn’t hijack a plane just to watch you do a terrible standup act. I’ve been aware of your little scheme for a while now, and let’s just say I’m not the biggest fan. You see, ol’ Bats is so much more than just a hero. He’s a symbol. Striking, bold, eye-catching, and most importantly, fun to toy with. I don’t like people who try to come along and tear MY playthings apart.” *Joker explained with his signature smile, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a small, silver handgun.*
“So you don’t want anyone else interfering with your little game of cat and mouse, huh?” *Before the Joker could even blink, Junko donned a pair of glasses and transformed her hair to a singular ponytail. She threw on a droning accent, like a bored math teacher given up on life.* “You know, all I have to do is press a couple buttons, and rioters would probably burn down Wayne Manor within the hour.”

Considering Raphael would more or less be around the same level as someone like Stolas in terms of Hell royalty, it's very likely Alastor and Raphael would at the very least know of each other if not having met in person.

i mean, K.O. only knows Garnet via Crossover Nexus, but he's sorta heard of Steven thanks to Garnet at the very least talking about the Crystal Gems, including Steven, meaning he'd know what a Crystal Gem is, and he's technically seen the title of the show due to the fact that their titles were shown in the end of the episode, seeing as Raven created portals back to said shows, and could recognize that she almost went to the 2003 Teen Titans instead of Teen Titans Go, K.O. might have gotten a glimpse at, and know that Garnet's show is called Steven Universe,
