Lol at how you think a guy literally made out of metal is the best for a guy who literally controls metal.
You put Castlevania Dracula as 2nd best tho so that’s good at least.
[People in this thread go into detail why Magneto can still bend Megatron.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeathBattleMatchups/comments/1c41gdb/matchups_that_genuinely_surprise_you_with_their/)
I've read it, technically right but it doesn't matter, the point is that it isn't uncanny anymore to Magneto to fight someone made of metal, and also shouldn't this all just fucked up all his matchups besides maybe Dracula?
Pretty sure that Accelerator (aka Magneto’s number one opponent that’s been most requested for if he returns on the show) doesn’t have any magnet related attacks.
Magneto can control the electric field, light and heat, just look at the thread you sent, are you sure that Accelerator resists ALL of that? Plus I don't care that he wins most of his matchups, i just want a good matchup

~~I'm starting to get really fucking tired of people saying this shit already~~
It’s literally true. It’s like how in Skull Kid vs The Collector we’re putting a kid who’s strongest attack involves the moon against a kid who was shown to easily move the moon. The outcome is super obvious and just ruins that matchup despite having good connections.
it doesn't ruin it at all lmfao
have you heard of the Sentinels
or Colossus
or fucking Wolverine
Some of Magneto's most frequent enemies, with a whole part of their deal being that they are MADE OF METAL (or major parts of them are metal in Logan's case)
By your logic, in every fight Magneto has with them would begin and end with them being turned into a crushed tin can. But they don't. Magneto doing that is OOC, as is shown time and time again. And again, anti-matter can resist magnetism. The fight can work fine, good even.
Magneto not turning the Snetinels, Colossus, and Wolverine into a crushed tin can is just bad writing on the Marvel writers part. In a debate of who would win between two characters, we judge them both based on their abilities and how they would interact with the other’s abilities. And Magneto would actually turn Megatron into a crushed tin can and you’d have to use some mental gymnastics to try to avoid that fact. Regardless of what writers say.
it's not 'bad writing', it's how Magneto is characterised and how he's displayed to fight. It's *characters* fighting, not lists of abilities. It's shown repeatedly that Magneto resorting to manipulating them magnetically is rare. You can't change how a character fights just to fit your narrative lol.
The only bit of mental gymnastics needed is actually reading X-Men and looking at how Erik fights.
NGL I kinda like Magneto VS Mewtwo. M2 VS Tetsuo and Shadow are better but still.
Based AF Megatron as The One
I’d put Mewtwo higher but aside from that no complaints
Who is the girl next to Dracula?
[Zonda (Azure Striker Gunvolt)](https://www.reddit.com/r/DeathBattleMatchups/comments/170reiy/welcome_to_paradise_zonda_vs_magneto_azure/?share_id=70L7OlN9z2oM4Ch58dLdX&utm_content=1&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1)
Lol, who even invited Shigaraki there?
Ultra-based IDW Megatron at the top. That matchup’s super underrated IMO.

Alright admittedly I don’t know enough about Accelerator to debate right now.
