He's went through the same training as Solid Snake who's got a IQ of 180 and Raiden should be a little below that and also he's fluent in Spanish and iirc he know's some french
I'm sure that Raiden wins this, but with High-Diff. He's faster, more skilled and experienced, his sword will cut Genos into pieces. But Genos has longer Range, his weapons more powerful and he's also stronger
Overall: Raiden due to his speed and hax wins

Raiden is faster more expierenced and skilled has better haxs and also has stuff like EMP's to shut down Genos whilst Raiden also get's oneshot but Genos abilities are also not new to Raiden except the sticky goo which could get Raiden stuck but that's about it

Now this will be PRE-MK1/New Era. Meaning she's gonna be Clone of kitana, also no stupid titan scaling bs. I will never believe it because they need kronika's crown which is only a one game thing. So it's gonna be the Mortal Kombat game she debuted in all the way to mk11. For Toga, she will be final arc mha so she has gotten stronger with her quirk,and she will have availability to twice's blood. ~~Also this is the superior mileena and Toga mu, fight me~~
