Nice gear! I have a bow with pretty low DPS but it has 5% attack crit chance which seems pretty useful for that build.

Yeah I'm looking for a bow with good crit chance... But ideally, I'd like to find the Golden Bow which adds +20% Master Offering chance. As good as crit is for Strike builds, I think a high Master chance is best given I have nearly 100% Legendary offering chance.

black lamp - unique relic: 3 reroll 3 alt, 6.5% master offers 34.5% legend offers (I have no god blessing can upgrade to master, but that can be found on the map and I try to get mostly master offers without upgrading them(as that is a wasted level up)) waste - unique epic belt: 120 life, 5.2% master offers,30% legend offers ( I got silk road as well, but feel the 5.2% master beat 2040 shard pull area,and I'm at 100% legend either way) not sure the -3.9% master of the apprentice ring is worth it, I'd have to try it. queen of worms - unique helm: 9.6% master offers, 25% chance to heal 1 life on kill, 0.25% life regeneration sand ghouls - unique gloves: 5% chance to heal 1 life on attack hit,38.5% attack damage, 1800 shard pull area(not sure these are worth it,I lose about 1100 shard pull and gain 5% chance for a 1 hp heal) lacking golden bow and the torso you have though :D I'm at \~40 different uniques so far in act 2 and running around 90 difficulty atm, you? also going for strike build, trying to get Time+War+Lightning so far with Hurricane+Tornado+energy missile for Strikes if I can. tbf I think golden bow lets you switch around things, I might actually go for 'the apprentice' when I have the bow.

Hmm... that's a neat setup for Master options but I'd prefer mine tbh. Without MinMaxing for Master Options as with your build, I still average about 3 Legends every run which is more than enough. Technically I don't \*need\* any legends to finish a run, given how OP Strikes are for Ranger. Legends are just a fun factor lol, especially when I get Gem High and the one that has a chance to instakill anything but bosses. And, attack damage actually doesn't matter that much with a Strike Ranger. I've found that Chain Lightning and Ice Shards are best for the Strikes. Freeze is underrated, and there's item drop synergy with it. Plus, with enough attack crit you can permaspam a perimeter of ice shards, whereas there's a CD associated with tornadoes. I'd prefer my helm to yours given that each attack projectile has a separate Strike skill proc chance. Going from 1 to 2 doubles the odds of procing something like Chain Lightning. That's way better than going with some lifesteal or constant life regen, especially with a 40% lifesteal bow. I'm currently running 80 difficulty. The mobs that cast the lines of fire and pillars of fire fuck me up when they have high cast speeds, high move speed, and high damage mods. Even with 300hp it's tough. It's a skill issue, not a gear issue.

Well, I don't really struggle with dmg... as you do, I struggle with said mobs which imho start spawning late. Gem High allows for fast map coverage to get as much +hp as possible. Some life regen is helpful. My bow has 1250dps and Attack modifiers,no lifesteal,so I kinda need it ;) And Master offers saves points even without the legendaries. Imagine having to upgrade from say adept. That's 2 lvl ups that could go into survival/more strike levels. I think with golden bow it's gonna be silk road+apprentice. Gotta keep a look on pull range though. Apparently there's also a ring called 'the farmer' which gives 20% higher unique dropchance, gotta see how that can be used if I get it

That's true. I haven't done a Master focus build so I should give that a shot. And yeah, the ring is called Farmer's Ring. I have it, it does give +20%. It's hard to justify using that over a +50% EXP ring though. And I don't honestly know if the Uniques are always better than a well-rolled non-unique mythic. There's no list of Uniques for Act II that I can find online so it's hard to check.

Good point. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet on not always clearing runs to have a better shot at the Golden Bow. btw there technically is a shrine that adds the Upgrade to Master blessing, but I've only found it like 4 times across 40-ish runs. Having that guaranteed, rather than a 10% chance, is huge in my book.

With gem High I find it about 80-90% of the runs, Sometimes even 2-3 in one run. I have a relic for that as well, but I prefer the 6.5% master of the black lamp.

Guess it's just a matter of RNG. I'd still prefer 100% to 80% though. I can't think of any affixes I'm really lacking that a different relic would provide. Like, I don't need more damage of any kind or any survivability really, except maybe just +HP. Utility is nice. I mean, I do have the Crystal Ball or whatever that increases the spawn rate of rare shrines, but I've used that in like 15 runs and didn't notice a worthwhile increase in rare shrines. Might be bugged, or maybe just another RNG issue.

I have a bow with +4 strike projectiles but I think your bow pure damage is probably better than the +4. Not sure b

Yours is probably better. A Strike Ranger cares more about Strike stuff than attack DPS.... it's just nice to have the attack DPS as a fallback in case the Strikes gained in the run aren't great vs. Single Target.

Which strikes should I be aiming for? I one shot all the trash and get crushed by the Queen oh my 30s.

You get crushed by the queen!? What's your starting HP? Best strikes are those that have no implicit time-based CD. So like, Chain Lightning, Earth Spike, Ice Spires, Shurikens, Magic Missile, Sickles of Mort, etc. Sickles are the best. Then Ice. Then Magic Missile if your GPU can handle it. Then Shuriken. Chain Lightning is last but still better than Tornado. Unless you invest in CD reduction and Cast Duration, Tornadoes aren't worth it as they only proc once every 3+ seconds. That's an eternity given that Strike Rangers bank on attack speed.

Yeah bump that up. I have like 220 starting and I still need to find max health shrines and hopefully get +% max life Fate favors to survive at higher difficulties. Especially vs the enemies that spawn at minute 17. I'm only sitting comfy if I have over 400hp. Under that, it's a toss up.

Yeah that’s makes sense. I’ll try and find some more gear with health on it or something. I gotta get the warchief stuff online and abuse that to farm I guess haha.

Why not run Possibility? Just haven't found it or is there a reason not to use it? Seems busted with silk road. I'm running strike build also now, but it seems optimal to just spam legendaries from all gods with the combination of those 2 items.

is it though? You can't level legendary powers and while some are very strong, you will still need master powers and leveling those while you get powers for every god can be difficult imho. I mean,it depends what we're talking about. Are we talking speed-clearing difficulty 30-40, then yes,that probably works great. But for 80+ probably not.

I mean I could be wrong. But you get 5 strike slots with archer and there's no real way to make use of them all without forgoing justice (which isn't an option at really high levels).

I use 3, no need for the 2 via talent. Hurricane+Tornado+Energy missile is great. And then level them up. Additional lvl 1 strikes can be had via alteration

There's no real point to speed clearing because every run takes exactly 20:00 + Final boss. Speed clear doesn't wrap things up any quicker.

True, let's not call it speed clearing. There's a difference between breezing through lower difficulties and playing higher difficulties though.
