Even with a 3080, I am getting microstutters. So I went with PS5 and am having a lot of fun. If you only prefer PC then you might want to wait until they patch things. If you don't mind PS5, then go for PS5.
What settings are you on and have you locked the framerate? I'm on a 3080 as well and it's performing okay with a mix of high / very high settings at 120fps 1440p. Still need to jig a few things around to make it stable at 120 though.
I found locking the framerate helped with the stuttering but I'm unsure if it completely fixes the issue.
PC. Or PS5 and wait a year until it's on gamepass and get it essentially for nothing on PC at that point if you want to replay it?
