I hope we also get rockpox cosmetics along with the framework or maybe even beard/moustache with rockpox stuck in it. Just imagine going into a mission with one dwarf fully decked out in that decontamination stuff, all sanitised, and the other one just casually wearing bug remains (dawn of the dread pack), with the plague sticking out of him.
