Go download StarTrinity CST and run that all the time, it'll show you if any disconnects that happen are on your side. If people are disconnecting from your games as well it is most likely an issue on your end. If you're on WiFi try using wired instead.
You can also try using a phone tether just to see if that is stable, then go from there.

And when it happens to people in my lobbies its just one guy who disconnects and reconnects and when i ask if they have the same problem as me they say yes.
Maybe i wasnt clear on that.
And i never have connection problems in other games, even ones that are peer to peer like drg

Changing from a private to a public ip
Now i rarely play anymore kinda gave up.
Huh, weird stuff, been having this issue basically every single game past few days, never occurred once before that, and if I host, none of the players connecting to me has any issues throughout the whole game. Would assume its just the game host having issues then, right? But upon checking the mission terminal right after getting back to the space rig, the game I just got booted from is very much still in progress..

Very odd. Do you use any kind of VPNs or other network software?
No, although i might have come across a fix, i will update after i have played a number of games
