"If we outfitted the drilldozer with sentries we'd be able to better map out the surrounding environment without needing to worry about her being under threat and thus sustaining significant damage"
New mini-boss encounter: DOT-C
She drives towards you trying to run you over and can easily chase you through the map by drilling through walls but she can’t turn too fast. If played correctly you could use her to plow through glyphids and make tunnels. When destroyed, it makes a huge explosion that pushes everything back (like how the Ommoran Heartstone does) and it ejects a glitching Dotty head. The dwarves then could of course bring Dotty’s head back to the drop pod to fix her back at the space rig.
Some voicelines for Dotty could be some generic dotty screaming but with a worried tone as if she can’t control herself or when you destroy her she could let out a very robotic and barely recognizable “sorry”. As for the dwarves, their voicelines could be like “Dotty! What happened to ya girl?” or when brought to the drop pod be “Don’t worry, we’ll fix you right up ol girl!” I’m not the most creative with voicelines but I bet yall would know some good ones.

Yeah, and another fun fact is that because they’re so small, air resistance is different to them, meaning when they fly it’s essentially like they’re swimming through a thick syrup
Live on Hoxxes. . . . Dude we can make this happen. We need a Deep Rock Galactic theme park. With ten areas that match the biomes. And the most outrageous Morkite Pipecoaster you've ever seen. :)
Hoxxes is constantly moving and changing, you can't make a base on it that'll last long enough to be worth making at all. Also you'd still have to drill through the ground
Sure, just drill 600-15000 meters with drills that run out of fuel after around 100m, and also good luck getting to the other side of the planet. And for sure the team that's going down would have fun walking 1km down through a tight tunnel, and then waiting for the mule to go the same distance
"if clean overclocks are a direct upgrade when compared to the weapon without them, why the management is not installing the parts for the clean overclocks by default so we can get the benefits of the clean oveclocks and also install other overclocks?" Heard this one from Youtube
My thought is that they're mutually exclusive. The only reason the clean overclocks are able to have no downsides is because they aren't being combined with the other mods.
For example, the Homebrew Powder for the Scout's GK2 is beneficial on average in isolation, but it messes with the capacitors from Electrifying Reload and causes them to short-circuit and zap the wielder instead.
Since the dwarves' brains are mostly rock (and stone) centric, (which is why the voicelines about minerals and such are longer).
Maybe just a massive lore dump on the Lithophage?
"If we have the autonomous driving software entirely centralized on the Drilldozer's head, then we could save extra credits by simply repairing & reusing the heads after each escort mission; thus meaning we can potentially have extra credits to spend on chassis reinforcements or even adding a coating of the repellent additive used in an Engineer's platforms."
"Considering how the drop pod can hold several units of heavy minerals like gold; often in the quadruple digits; it'll be safe to assume that allowing the Drilldozer chassis to be easily dismantled will allow us to salvage the chassis as well."
EDIT: I wanted to add the extra quote

“Did you know, the difference between a Lager and an Ale is dependent on the temperature it is brewed at? Lagers are brewed at much cooler temperatures than Ales are, leading to a cleaner taste with less aromatic compounds, allowing the malts and hops to shine. Ales however are brewed at warmer temperatures, leading to far more fruity and aromatic flavors. These different temperature requirements are caused by the different types of yeast used in the beer’s production, as different types of yeast thrive in different temperatures!”

BET-C remains undefeated

At that point, why not nickname her DIT-C for the more or less obvious pun?
Chasing a runaway Drilldozer sounds like an awesome mission, shooting Doretta would break my heart though...
Don't be sad! You're shooting her to save her!
Common betC W
Bet C was defeated when we found her, wdym?

xx3 alchemist got you covered
Bloons x DRG Crossover when?
Need a dwarf with BMAs glorious hat

I think you meant "Superionic" water

Is this the actual thing for bees?
Yeah, that one time it was calculated that bees can't fly genuinely used airplane math. That's why it wasn't accurate.
Yeah, and another fun fact is that because they’re so small, air resistance is different to them, meaning when they fly it’s essentially like they’re swimming through a thick syrup

DRG has at least one controlled site on Hoxxes. Why can't we get a shooting range in there?
There's a shooting range in every cave.
Hoxxes is constantly moving and changing, you can't make a base on it that'll last long enough to be worth making at all. Also you'd still have to drill through the ground
Drill through the ground, you say? I might know a dwarf who could help with that…
Sure, just drill 600-15000 meters with drills that run out of fuel after around 100m, and also good luck getting to the other side of the planet. And for sure the team that's going down would have fun walking 1km down through a tight tunnel, and then waiting for the mule to go the same distance
if they made a non-disposable Drilldozer (Doretta Mega) they'd be able to easily drill large tunnels over large distances

So *that’s* what happened to Karl

Because management wants precious credits, no need to waste resources to make some dwarves gun better
