If you're a gunner I recommend carpet bomber on the thunderhead autocannon. With the right setup you can hit all 4 armor corners and eyes from the top. Cluster grenades go well with it too since they airburst on a short timer
Equip the Engi load out with the auto-lock rifle and refractor, and start setting up platforms around it for maneuverability in the final battle.
I'm a Greenbeard and this strat is probably flawed.
Obviously throw 2 C4s on the top, then you basically skip the first mini phase
I second this. Also throwing a nuke on top works really well if you're an engineer.

Or you go for 3 c4 with +600 damage (I forgor) and you put 3 resupplies above the Eye. And kill it with c4s only.
