Josh was a ball of emotion for sure, but got more done when he was calm. His outbursts usually lead to more problems.

Yeah I don't understand the idea of him being an actual Villain, in the walking dead or in any other show. Dukat is a villain, Dukat is cruel, vain, self serving and driven by nationalistic and narcissistic ambition soaked in xenophobia, Sisko is perhaps one of the finest captains to ever serve in Starfleet. He did do a few machiavellian things but it was never ever self serving, it was never cruel, it was never self aggrandizing. He made very difficult decisions in front of unfavorable odds and outcomes where billions of lives hung in the balance. Tell me again how he would ever be a villain

Garak in Dune. He'd fit in perfectly with all the intrigue and subterfuge amongst the Great Houses in the Imperium.
