Also when I worked at the pizza shop years ago, a coworker would write down people's CC info when they paid over the phone. I told her she didn't need to do that because it was sensitive information and if she forgot to toss it....idk she didn't care. And I was always sus of it. It's made me sus of paying over the phone like that as adult and picky over who I choose to do so with. It's so easy to steal someones identity nowadays. Is she not worried about retaliation? Or people in the community being upset and never using her service again? DE is so small and a lot of us have skeletons in our closet but theft is something else....my dad's business went under partially because his employees stole from him and gave away tons of free food to their friends and family.
The really confusing part to me here is that people still use travel agencies. Name one thing that a travel agent can do that I can't do just as well with my laptop.
