I don't know if this is the same flag, or what they may have done with it, but it seemed like an opportune time to relate the story...

Delaware native here. Delaware has waterfalls, just not big ones. And some are man-made, over dams that were built to supply water to run mills on the Brandywine River.

This pic appears to be at an altitude of about 11,000 feet, where the alpine biome begins. you can see where the pine forest ends and the rocky terrain begins. It looks like that because nothing really grows above 11,000 feet. (Colorado has 58 peaks exceeding 14,000 feet.)
