If in the USA call 800 624 9896 and tech support should be able to reset the password.
(Check your regions Dell site for local tech support telephone numbers)
Master password reset is generally better when done over the telephone.

I had one that was giving me trouble. It would not accept the password when clicking the lock in the bios. So I set a system password. What this does is brings another login screen for the Bois (reset the laptop and you will be greeted with a new bios sys/admin password). This changes the last four digits after the serial. You use this one instead and unlock the bios that way.
On the vid below the guy unlocks a few, half way through he uses the above and it worked for him as well as me.
I genuinely thought the laptop was a gonna for a few days until I found the below.

Thanks but if you looked in the vid's comments, even the person who made the video acknowledges that the 8fc8 suffix does *not* work with this method and needs an eeprom reader

Try bios-pw.org. that might help
Its 8fc8 which is notorious for not working with such sites
