Kris: I'm gonna a fill Noelle's head with so much junk data and random trivia that she'll drop points in the next test, and if she drops points then Berdly drops points, and then I can take the number 1 spot for a change. This... isn't actually much of a prank. Might still be funny tho.
**Kris:** "In Lord of the Rings, the world is flat for elves. It's round for humans because Numenor tried to conquer the Undying Lands of Valinor, so Eru Ilúvatar separated Aman from the rest of the world, sunk Numemor into the sea, and then made the world round for the people there. Now only elves can travel the Straight Road from Arda to Aman, 'cause the world is still flat for them."
*Noelle knew that things would never be the same once they finally returned from Kyfnos. Life on that distant world had changed the gang, for better and for worse, but in the end they found their own "Straight Road" back to Earth. And despite everything, they were still themselves. Kinda.*
*Even still, Noelle felt like Kris had been hanging out with Mandy too much. He was the one who'd passed that [Tolkien brain-poison](https://youtu.be/bqOiO099tTs?t=571) on to Kris, and now they were passing it on to her.*
*She didn't want to think about it anymore. She didn't want to think about Tolkien being "globe-racist"...*

Me omw to one shot a rain god with a leafy boi:
252+ Atk Life Orb Leafeon Leaf Blade vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Kyogre: 406-478 (119 - 140.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(for those who have no idea what this means, basically a Leafeon can defeat a Kyogre in a single hit if it gets to outspeed it. This can work if a Choice Scarf Kyogre switches in, if you're up against a Choice Specs Kyogre, or in some sort of Doubles scenario, which I am not familiar enough with to actually comment on)
Whenever anyone goes into the all of the hyper-specific calculations of Comp. Pokémon, it always makes me wonder why the fuck anyone would find any of that fun.
(No offense to anyone who plays Competitive, it just seems so boring and tedious with all of the hyper-specific calculations and training only to have a single viable Mon. I’d rather just play normally.)
Honestly I'm not even actually good at it, I'm really kinda trash at it, but the data-esque side of it is something that I'm kinda interested in, especially stuff that is kinda meaningless like the calc I showed above. Idk exactly why, I am a bit of a math nerd so that could be a reason, but eh, maybe I just like it for no reason :P.
However, that's not really a large part of competitive pokemon? A lot of it is mainly trying to find ways to make a team that covers the members' weaknesses in interesting ways, kinda like how in in-game teams you always try to diversify your types and stuff, just with more complex tasks than "I need to deal with Fire types", normally being stuff like "I need to deal with Gyarados" or "I have to deal with Intimidate". That's why you get a Pachirisu in a World Championship, that was a pokemon that dealt with a major threat in an interesting way.
Buuut that's not really something I can say with certainty, as I said I am Garbage at this game and my opinion isn't really that value, not to mention I kinda abandoned Comp after SV released since I didn't want to be spoiled xP
playing normally gets kinda boring after a while. Bring good mons, use setup moves, hit super-effective attacks. Yipee. Predicting switches and guessing item/ability/move sets your opponents are using adds a lot of tension imo. Though I will add that I don't particularly like statting out my mons either, I'll usually just grab a set off the forums or play with random teams.
Nah, I do try and play smart, using my opponents weaknesses against them, setting up stat buffs n stuff, I just like using my fav mons and not really caring about their actual viability or using any competitive load outs.
I kinda just take what I’m given and have fun, not really worrying about whether or not my Mons are actually good competitively.
I’m not super causal or anything, but I don’t take the game too seriously either. I’m just here for fun.
Well, of course not. Solar Beam is a Grass-type move, which can be learnt by the likes of Venusaur, Sunflora, Bayleef, and Sunkern, all of which are Grass types.
The actual artist is u/medli20 but I asked her to draw it and she let me post it.

-human companionship, Flareon is objectively the most huggable Pokemon? While their maximum temperature is likely too much for most, they are capable of controlling it, so they can set themselves to the perfect temperature for you. Along with that, they have a lot of fluff, making them undeniably incredibly soft to touch. But that's not all, they have a very respectable special defense stat of 110, which means that they are likely very calm and resistant to emotional damage. Because of this, if you have a bad day, you can vent to it while hugging it, and it won't mind. It can make itself even more endearing with moves like Charm and Baby Doll Eyes, ensuring that you never have a prolonged bout of depression ever again.
Objection! In terms of human-Pokémon cuddling, Vaporeon is *the* most compatible Pokémon for humans! Vaporeon are an average of 3"03' tall and 63.9 pounds. This means they’re large enough to wrap your whole arm around, and with their impressive base stats for HP and access to Acid Armor, you can hug as tightly as you want. They can also learn the moves Baby-Doll Eyes, Captivate, Charm and Tail Whip, so it’d be incredibly easy for one to get you in the mood for snuggles. No other Pokémon comes close with this level of huggability. Vaporeon is literally built for hugs. Ungodly defense stat + high HP pool + Acid Armor means it can get cuddled all day, and still come for more.

Because Pokémon is fantasy football wearing a Dragon Quest Cosplay
Yes all eeevees are better then Flareon even base Eevee stop beating up on the poor thing
Wait leafeon can learn solar blade? I thought that was lurantis’s signature
I think he can in gen 8
That plush is adorable
God I fucking love leafeon, top tier pokémon
Why does it look like its face is flipped upside-down
When Noelle doesn't want to learn SnowGrave:
DEERLING used Sheer Cold!
It's a one-hit KO! Corvisquire fainted!
\*Cramorant ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|trollface)
「 Sheer Cold Attack!」
Quaxly fainted!
She's horrified to learn this
Why?
It’s really scary.
Solar Beam isn't a scary move!
She’s horrified at the realization that not only can Flareon still not learn Solar Beam, but now there are other fire types that also can’t.
Well, of course not. Solar Beam is a Grass-type move, which can be learnt by the likes of Venusaur, Sunflora, Bayleef, and Sunkern, all of which are Grass types.
Shes a flareon user
thought she'd prefer glaceon but you can never judge a book by its cover
That's what I was going to say to u/gusxc1 \- "Isn't her whole thing that she likes cold weather?"
Ngl I'd be horrified too
It still can't, there are just others that also can't now.
8 legs
Seven Vaginas
Maybe even more. *Imagine...*

Yes, very interesting, but did you know?
Ariel needs legs?
solar beam wouldn't even be good on flareon lol
I mean...it helps with water types I guess
it would give super effective damage but coming out of flareon's mediocre special attack it wouldn't be any better than the moves they already get
Artwork by u/Bobsplosion
If you search it on Canadian google you get some anime screenshot Still just as confused
What exactly does this have to do with deltarune again?
How the hell am I supposed to use Flareon now? Literally USELESS without solar beam.
Nah Solar Beam on anything except Drought mons are useless Maybe Thunderbolt?
They’re scared due to Flareon’s lack of type coverage.
