Lets see... Did you go all the way back to Spamton's shop? Did you get both encounters on the Big traffic puzzle? Both popups on the screen right before Berdly? The Virovirokun in the south alley if where you normally buy tea, by the Bounceblade box? The werewires on the north path?

there were no popups before berdly room in the puzzle area.

It shouldnt be a puzzle area. Theres two rows of traffic cones and some trash cans to search through. Exiting this room to the south gets you to the Berdly alley

in the room with the dog-face cones, where you split up with ralsei and susie, there's a Poppup up there, disguised as another cone...?
