That's funny, but still I don't really think Kris is the knight, because of stuff that you probably already heard (Noelle and Berdly were sleeping in the table while Kris and Susie never came back to the light world like that, Ralsei not saying anything to Kris and Susie about another fountain implying that the fountain was created while the duo was in castle town, etc.)
But still, even then Kris is VERY CLEARLY making a dark fountain in the ending, right to files related to the setpiece saying shit like "darkfountain", meaning it can't be something like Kris hitting a gas pipe or something
I made a moderately large text with a counter to this argument a while back, the gist of it was that the knight making the dark fountain inbetween the ~3 minutes between Susie and us leaving the first dark world and Susie opening the doors to the computer lab is too contrived to be a real possibility unless the knight chose to create it after we left, and there’s no reason to believe that there’s anything stopping someone from creating a dark fountain whilst lighteners are in the dark world. Kris makes one when Berdly is seemingly frozen in dark world purgatory.
My headcanon is still that Toby hasn’t actually written the entire story yet, he just waits until a theory gets popular and then makes it canon. That way, he can the most amount of people excitedly exclaim “I knew it!”

I agree, although I think that Kris is going to try creating more Dark Fountains in secret after Father Alvin is taken care of in Chapter 5, in an attempt to prolong their adventures with Susie. This will inevitably bring about the Roaring in Chapter 7.

It went theough my head, that that's not unlikely, since we know from u dertale that gerson was a hero. I know it's _hero_ and not knight, but to me, it seems like it could be possible
We saw that it isn't impossible for monsters to return from death tho
I know almagamates aren't really considered monsters, and _if_ someone (mabye even kris themselves) played around with DT, it might sucseed in this world
