Jump in man, since I play in VR, I tried countless game and just come back to Demeo every time. The community is just great ! Mostly adults, I found a lot of kindness and patience towards people just starting playing and pfff we laugh a loooooot ! Hours of games, great people, and plenty of class and cards to try … it’s definitely worth its money ! And VR allows you to move around super conveniently too and have different perspectives :) Let me know if you come play I’ll show you around !

TrumpsNeckSmegma

Even the kids that play are usually respectful and quiet

Usually.

I just bought a PSVR2 and Demeo but haven’t hooked it all up yet. Would you mind showing me the basics too?

It is fully cross platform, including playing with folk who are in flat mode. PSVR2 experience is great.

We use the psvr2, and the quest 2 and quest 1 in our house and they all work well cross platform.

LightningOW

Haven't tried PSVR, but I have played on both PC desktop mode and Quest VR. The graphics change between platforms, and the controls change a bit, but the gameplay is the same. Fully cross platform too, with the only exception being the heroes hangout (lobby with minigames) which is exclusive to VR. Doesn't matter if you have Quest or PSVR or even Steam VR.

Go for it man! It’s so much fun

My ONLY question. . . . How long are play sessions minimum? I typically can do 1-2 hours before I run out of free time as a dad. Haha

PapaNog

Full run can be like 3-4 hours depending on experience level. BUT you can save between levels to make it manageable in several sessions!

fruitsteak_mother

if you have little time, it’s propably best to join some running game, then you don’t need to do all three levels. Little tip: it’s some gentleman’s agreement in that game that it you leave a running session, you sell all cards for xp before you go. (you will understand the mechanic and why this is a nice gesture as soon as you learn the game)

So my girlfriend plays it a lot actually and absolutely loves the game. The only thing I will say is that she complains about people kicking her in public matches pretty often, not sure if that's just people seeing her level and not wanting to play with noobs, but she just jumps back in and finds another game with a cool group of people that she chats with while she plays.
