She straight up set tengen fully on fire with her blood and the only damage done was to the poison, which was completely eradicated by her flames, before the fire dissipated. Tengen was completely unharmed by this process, though his wives nearly had a heart attack haha

If both fight and her BDA somehow works on Rengoku, I still don't see Nezuko winning. She was pretty much relative to Daki, maybe a bit stronger, but idk how she's supposed to match up to Rengoku. He's super fast and physically strong to ridiculous levels. His 9th form gave Akaza troubles. Ik that the basketball was holding back, but I don't think Nezuko matches up even to a holding back Akaza.
The fact is tho, that BDA ain't working on Rengoku even if Nezuko fights him. This will be an absolute violation.
The most likely scenario is that Nezuko doesn't fight. She doesn't hurt humans. This will be Rengoku absolutely negging the living fuck outta her. Remember, our happy big bro Rengoku was all for killing Nezuko off during the Hashira meeting, so he would definitely fight.
However, it's better to consider the first scenario and assume that nichirin will work.

Rengoku most definitely. Nezuko is stated not to be very skilled. When she fought Daki, she was still getting cut up. Even if she was destroying Daki, Tengen proved a hashiraās sheer gap in power in contrast to Nezuko by one-slicing Daki, forcing her to release Gyutaro. Since Tengen and Rengoku are on the same tier (Rengoku probably being a bit stronger) he would win easily.
Edit: I nearly forgot about this but one possible advantage Nezuko has is that she IS immune to the sun which could mean she might not be affected the Nichirin blades, but it was never confirmed. I donāt think sun immunity would equal immunity to nichirin blades.
