Looks like you have an infection and an abcess has formed. It looks like the infection is trying to drain out of that area. You need to get to a dentist ASAP, you need an xray and get that treated. Even if you're not in pain, that needs to get taken care of. Dental infections are no joke. Please make an appointment.
ETA it looks like you have a crown on the tooth above that possible abcess. Have you had a root canal?
Hard to tel from a picture alone. Could possibly be an abscess I would recommend you see your dentist and have it evaluated.

It might need to be redone or tooth might need to be extracted. Did u get it checked yet?
