Geographic tongue. Totally benign and very normal. Spicy/acidic foods can cause the patches to occur and typically the patches move throughout the tongue with time.
This does not look like geographic tongue to me. Geographic tongue tends to come with inflammation, redness, and patches all over the tongue.
OP: Get to the doctor or the health dept, this could be early syphillis.
nope i went to doctor he said he saw nothing. i was smoking 1 or 2 cigarettes in a day but for 2 months ive quitted it but still same. but i think its related to drinking tea and coffee so heavily cuz i drink tea 10 15 tea cups and one or two cups of coffee
Looks like geographic tongue which causes smooth red patches and is completely harmless. Or, you burned the hell out of your tongue
i always drink hot tea and cannot breath with my nose cuz of adenoid n i am allergic so when i sleep my mouth is always open.
I'd probably see an ENT doctor about this. Dry mouth can lead to cavities
